California Bankers Association - HR Forum

Mike Blanchard, CEO at Blanchard Consulting Group, is presenting at the California Bankers Association- HR Forum on A Human Resource Officer’s Strategic Compensation Plan. This session focuses on how Human Resource leaders can help their organization be strategic with its compensation dollars.  Topics include salary structures and decisions, incentive plan design (both cash and equity) and employee/executive benefits.  The presentation also briefly touches on executive and director compensation issues and discusses how HR can assist the Compensation Committee of the organization.  We provide the HR leaders with market best practices, educational information, and ideas as to how they can better position themselves at the strategic table of the organization.
