From Compliance to Wealth Management, this survey encompasses a diverse range of roles within the banking sector. In addition, this survey summarizes actual cash bonuses paid as a percent of salary as well as the potential earning opportunity under a performance-based cash incentive plan at target and maximum performance levels, where available. With 435 community/regional bank participants, this survey serves as a vital resource for strategic compensation decision-making.​

This comprehensive survey focuses on director compensation, providing data on board and committee fees, retainers, equity grants, benefits, total compensation for an average director, and total non-employee director compensation. Additionally, this survey also includes an assessment of additional fees paid to the board and committee chairs and includes questions on board structure, mandatory retirement age, diversity policy, equity ownership guidelines, and benefits offered to directors. This survey serves as a critical resource for understanding and optimizing director compensation strategies.​

Compensation Trends & Lender Incentive Practices Survey

The survey covers recent trends in various compensation programs such as: annual cash incentive plan design, equity-based incentive programs, executive benefits, employment/change-in-control agreements, deferred compensation plans/supplemental executive retirement plans, perquisites and employee benefits surrounding 401(K) plans, medical coverage, and more.  This survey will provide valuable market data on a wide variety of compensation-related topics.  It also covers incentive structures for mortgage, commercial, consumer, and agricultural lenders.
